Our mission is to provide superior service and integrity to our clients while maintaining a corporate environment within which our employees may enjoy gratifying work while serving both their career ambitions and our community needs.

Overview

Founded in 1986, our custom home division specializes in building and remodeling fine homes in some of Florida's most established neighborhoods. Being primarily a design-build firm, we work with our clients and our architectural and interior designers throughout the design and construction process to create a home that fits the specific needs and lifestyles of each customer. Through our involvement and control of the project from its inception, we are able apply our practical knowledge and experience to the design construction processes to ensure that our client receives the most value from their home.

Business Philosophy

The hallmark of our business philosophy has been the firm belief that we must provide every client with an attractive home of superior design and construction at a price that represents a good value in the market. Since its inception the company has been responsible for the creation of almost 200 such residences, as well as several multi-family and commercial projects, throughout Southwest Florida. Our homes and remodeling projects typically range from $500,000 to almost $10,000,000. In 1992, we decided to limit our range of operations to the coastal areas of Lee and Charlotte County only in order to focus our resources more effectively. In 2006, we expanded our operations to the Ocala and Gainesville area as we saw a need for our services in North Central Florida.

We purposely intend to limit our construction volume in order to maintain close, personal relationships with our clients. We always strive to provide knowledgeable, caring service as we guide them through the tumultuous process of creating their dream homes. We have achieved, and will continue to achieve, our goals by employing the right team of people to which both authority and responsibility may be appropriately delegated. All of our employees and trade contractors are indoctrinated with our emphasis on quality and customer satisfaction.

Continued Improvement

We consistently immerse ourselves in continuing education that far surpasses the minimal standards required by the State of Florida in order to keep ourselves "on top" of the latest technologies and theories regarding the longevity, comfort, and quality of our homes.
